Are you behind in your mortgage payments?

If you are, call your lender! Talk to them! Do not hide and hope it will get better!
I had a client call me because they were behind and wanted to sell to get out of the situation. I talked to them and had them work with their lender FIRST. They were able to work things out with the lender so they can keep the house, re-pay the past due and get back on their feet. They were over 3 months behind on their payment yet the bank chose to help them and work with them rather than force them into foreclosure. Banks don't want your property! Talk to them and work things out!
